Boulder Junction Public Library

Collections

The Boulder Junction Public Library offers fiction and non-fiction books for adults, young adults (teens) and children. If you'd rather listen to books, we have books on compact disc.   We also offer popular new titles, documentaries and classics on DVD.  We have a small collection of music on compact disc for both adults and children.  There are also kids-time kits, games and puzzles for children that can be checked-out or used in the library.

The Boulder Junction Public Library has a Wisconsin section containing books with local and regional interest, including information on the natural resources in our area and history resources for Boulder Junction and neighboring communities.  Some of these books, such as books by authors Tom Hollatz and Scott Kimball, are available for in-library use only.  We also have a collection of genealogy books that are available for check-out.

We subscribe to the Wall Street Journal, Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, the Lakeland Times, and the Vilas County News Review. All newspapers are available for in-library use. We also offer over 30 popular magazine titles. Current issues of magazines are for in-library use, and back issues may be checked out.
