Categories: Special Events
The library invites you to an entertaining night of storytelling with local author, Andy “Buckshot” Anderson on Tuesday, June 26 at 7 pm at the Boulder Junction Community Center, 5392 Park Street. Anderson will be discussing his newest book, as well as selling and signing books.

Andy “Buckshot” Anderson published his eighteenth book titled, “Footprints: My Story, And I’m Sticking to It” in April. The book is his memoir, celebrating his life story covering all the many hats he’s worn over the past eight decades, plus many adventures he’s experienced. This is the story of his journey through life and the trail of footprints that he is leaving behind.

“Buckshot” is a life-long resident of Vilas County who spent 36 years in public education plus 62 summers guiding visiting anglers. He was inducted into the National Freshwater Fishing Hall of Fame in 2001 as a “Legendary Guide.” He also provides a weekly outdoor column for the Lakeland Times newspaper called “Traveling Trails Less Traveled.”

This program is free and open to the public. Refreshments will be served. For questions, call the library at 715-385-2050.
